Welcome to Intuitive Guidance for Self Healing, a transformative course that invites you to release old wounds, reintegrate lost parts, and reconnect with your true self.
Intuitive Guidance holds to the premise that the body keeps the score. Simply put, what we don't or can't process manifests over time as illness, injury, psychological blocks, and stress. The good news is that by turning our attention to the body, connecting to it, and allowing it to express, it will begin to release.
Over the next five sessions you will be guided step by step in the process of calming your nervous system, scanning the body for points of physical, emotional, and spiritual tension, and gently exploring the parts of you that are calling to be worked with.
You will learn how to approach these parts with compassionate curiosity and calm confidence, and begin the process of listening to the messages they hold and learning how to offer them the space they need to release.
Intuitive Guidance is a trauma informed, eclectic practice that blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems, shadow and inner child work, Vipassana, and energetic healing. It holds that you are always in control of the process, and that your own inner wisdom knows best.
I offer this course to you as guidance, not prescription. It is here to support you as you discover what works best for you and I invite you to ask any questions and share any insights that arise in the classroom (comment section below), I will be there to support you on your journey.

01: The Principles Of Intuitive Guidance
This session introduces the core principles of Intuitive Guidance and the benefits it offers. You will learn how to identify the unprocessed experiences that show up as tension in the body, and how turning inward with compassionate curiosity and calm confidence, we can begin the process of listening to the messages they hold and learning how to offer them the space they need to release.
02: Guided Intuitive Guidance Session
This session is a deep, immersive experience of Intuitive Guidance, giving you the chance to connect with your body, listen to its messages, and allow space for release. It begins by calming the nervous system with breathwork, followed by a mindful body scan, leading into a deep connection with the part and the extended work of Intuitive Guidance. This session ends with a gentle return to to the present moment.
03: Grounding Present State Awareness Meditation
This session is a brief grounding present state awareness meditation, designed to be used if the Intuitive Guidance process becomes a bit much, or you are looking to fully ground yourself in the present moment after the deep work of the prior session.
04: Deepening Your Practice
This session offers further instruction to help you strengthen and deepen your Intuitive Guidance practice. You will learn how to bring the process into your daily life, how to track your progress through journaling and reflection, and how to recognize signs that the practice is working.
05: Intuitive Guidance Daily Practice
This session introduces a short, accessible version of the Intuitive Guidance process that you can use as a daily practice, or that you can model your daily practice after. It begins by settling the nervous system with calming breathwork, then guides you to access your highest self. From there you are encouraged to reconnect with the parts you have been working with from the longer Intuitive Guidance sessions.
