  • Yes, absolutely. Being trauma-informed is foundational to everything I do.

    That means I prioritize your emotional safety at every stage. Sessions are collaborative and paced according to your comfort. You’ll never be pushed to go somewhere you’re not ready for, and there is always space to pause, slow down, or shift direction if needed.

    I focus on creating a steady, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported to explore what’s real. Consent, choice, and mutual respect are central. You decide what we talk about, how deep we go, and when to move forward.

    Whether we’re doing emotional processing, strategy work, or intuitive guidance, I hold space with care and integrity. My goal is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and move through your healing in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.

  • No two sessions are the same. It’s shaped by you, your goals, your energy, and what’s arising in the moment.

    Typically we’ll start with a check-in, explore where you’re at, then focus on what needs attention most.

    Some sessions are emotional and reflective. Others are practical and momentum-building. We might explore inner parts, process past wounds, untangle limiting beliefs, or create strategies for habit change, creativity, or business alignment.

    I bring a trauma-informed, intuitive approach that draws from a wide range of tools: talking, breathwork, visualization, somatic awareness, mindset shifts, and grounded action steps.

    No pressure to perform. No need to have it all figured out. We work with what’s here, and we build from there.

  • Yes. All sessions are held online via Zoom. You can book from anywhere in the world and I work across all time zones.

    When booking, if you don’t see a time that works for you, email me at zac@zachary-phillips.com. I may be able to open an extra slot or find a workaround.

  • I believe that at the heart of true transformation lies the delicate balance between self-acceptance and the drive for growth.

    Embracing who you are in this moment, with all your flaws and strengths, is the foundation of inner peace.

    Yet, acknowledging your worth doesn’t mean staying stagnant; it opens the door to steady improvement and near limitless expansion.

    By honoring yourself as you are, you also create space for the evolution of who you can become.

  • My approach is intuitive, trauma-informed, and tailored to the individual. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, I draw from a wide range of tools and traditions, choosing what fits best depending on your goals, personality, and what arises in the moment.

    From a therapeutic perspective, I incorporate elements of Internal Family Systems, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic theory. These frameworks help us understand patterns, parts, and stories that may be influencing how you think, feel, and act.

    From a spiritual and somatic angle, I bring in mindfulness practices, breathwork, energetic visualization, shadow work, inner child integration, and body awareness. These are especially useful when working with trauma, emotional overwhelm, and the deeper layers of healing.

    As a coach, I also offer strategic and practical tools. Depending on your needs, this might include goal setting, habit formation, motivational interviewing, values clarification, creative accountability, future self visualization, and business or content strategy.

    All of this is delivered in a collaborative and respectful way. You are always in control of the pace and direction of the work. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional release, spiritual reconnection, or practical momentum, we will choose the path that honors where you are and where you want to go.

  • This depends on your goals, where you’re at, and how deep you want to go.

    Some people come for a single session to gain clarity or shift perspective. Others prefer ongoing weekly or fortnightly support, especially during times of growth, healing, or change.

    There’s no set number. We’ll work at your pace, and you can pause, stop, or adjust anytime.

    I can guide you throughout the process, helping you decide what kind of support will serve you best.

  • Yes.

    Packages are for ongoing support, deeper transformation, and real accountability over time. Use them weekly, fortnightly, or as needed. We’ll go at your pace.
