My Role
My name is Zachary Phillips, psychotherapist and meditation instructor.
My role is to create a safe, supportive space and then gently guide you through the process, helping you calm your nervous system, connect to your intuition, turn attention inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are still holding onto the past.

What To Expect
Every session begins with a check-in, exploring what has arisen since we last met, where you are right now, and what you would like to focus on.
From there, we settle the nervous system and follow what emerges.
Some sessions involve deep introspection, reconnecting with parts of yourself that are holding onto the past.
Others are more conversational, helping you process challenges, untangle limiting beliefs, gain clarity, or develop practical strategies for moving forward.
We end each session with a grounding practice, a recap of what emerged, and a discussion of what to focus on between sessions, helping you integrate the work and continue your progress.
