Why Free?

I moved out of home at 16, escaping a complex and traumatic environment. I couldn’t afford coaches, courses, or self-help books. The availability of professional services was woefully in-adequate and charity could only offer limited support.

So I did what I could to survive, heal, and eventually thrive.

I promised myself I’d create the resources I needed back then, and give them away for free, to help people in a similar situation to me.
