Active self-care is vital to maintain functionality. Last week was a struggle for me, so I decided to take some action.

Self-Care Sunday Challenge:
- 1 hr Meditation
- 15 mins Writing Therapy
- Full Day Fast
- 1 hr Walk
- 30 Minute Stretch
- 2L Water
- Warm Bath w/Book
