63: Become Present State Aware (ch 1.1 - How To Get Your Sh!t Together)

One of the best ways to reduce the severity and duration of a panic attack (or anxiety in general) is to become present state aware.

This involves taking slow and deep breaths, while focusing your attention onto your senses. What can you see, hear, taste, touch and smell right now? Focus on that!

'Become Present State Aware', is chapter 1.1 of 'How To Get Your Sh!t Together' - Out Now eBook, Paperback & Audible - Sign up to my email list to get every chapter sent directly to your inbox the moment they are released.
