#189 Body Image, The Reality Of Dieting & Completing 75 HARD

For the last 75 days I exercised 90 minutes or more and cut all sugar, fast food and alcohol. The results were not impressive.

It’s all to easy to fall into the trap of mass marketed diets. ‘Do this and you will look like me.’

They don’t work - at least not as quickly or exclusively as advertised.

In this episode I breakdown my journey through 75 HARD. I share my results and discuss how, whilst ‘good’, they are not as impressive as you would initially believe.

75 Days Of:
- 2 x 45 min exercise sessions
- 3L water
- No sugar, fast food, or alcohol
- Cold showers
- 10 pages of non-fiction
- Daily progress pictures

Results: (Before -> After)
Weight: 85 -> 87kg
Waist: 88 -> 90cm
Biceps: 37 -> 37cm
Chest: 100 -> 106cm
Neck: 40 -> 40cm
Thighs: 56 -> 61cm
-Body composition has improved (more muscle, less fat), less visible love handles and belly, more visible muscle definition.
- Feeling far more energetic/young.
