Two days ago, I experienced the worst PTSD flashback of my life. It was of an intensity that far exceeded anything that I have ever experienced before in my life.

I share this with you as a way to share the realities of mental illness, thus working on reducing the stigma and enabling people to connect and seek out help and support.
