My Core Beliefs, Mission & Action Statement
I Believe:
I believe in informed enthusiastic consent in all things. If you and everyone involved are not saying ‘fuck yes’ to an idea, event, or action it’s a ‘hell no’.
I believe in open, honest, authentic expression in all aspects of life. By sharing and accepting the truth of your own and others sexuality, sadness, and spirituality, stigma and shame will reduce.
I believe that self-harm and suicide is a preventable tragedy. Society needs to wake up to the reality of trauma, neglect, addiction, mental health and its consequences and act accordingly.
I believe that it is possible for everyone to heal and grow. Regardless of circumstances, affliction and past experiences, positive change is possible.
I believe that at the heart of true and lasting transformation lies a delicate balance between radical self-acceptance and the drive for growth. By honoring ourselves as we are, we create space for the evolution of who we can become.
My Mission:
It is my personal mission to share and live by these beliefs.
It is my professional mission to help entrepreneurs, spiritualists, and survivors identify and release the negative beliefs that no longer serve them. With compassion and insight, support them as they navigate dark nights of the soul and find peace guiding them from surviving to passionately thriving using tips, tools, and techniques that enable them to process the past, accept the present, and embrace the future with positivity and purpose.
It is my spiritual mission to reduce suicide and inspire people to truly live, not just survive.
Action Statement:
To accomplish this, I am creating resources, offering products and services, and sharing my story and advice through poetry, blogs, books, podcast, courses, counseling & coaching, and other offerings, with the goal of providing resources, guidance, and an example of healing, growing, and following your creative, relational, and financial dreams.
Start Here:
A good place to start would be with my Intuitive Guidance For Deep Healing meditation session. I have been working on this practice for years. It started as a way to heal myself from the weight of old trauma and slowly grew into something I now use with clients.
The truth is the body keeps the score and feelings are messages that couldn’t be heard but are now stored, waiting for us to return and listen.
This guided session is trauma informed, bringing together elements from breathwork, mindfulness, Vipassana, Internal Family Systems, somatic awareness, shadow work and energetic visualization self-healings.
It will help you reconnect and build trust with the parts of you holding pain. Offering them a space to express, release, and reconnect.
Intuitive guidance is a powerful and intense practice, so do not take this session lightly. Make sure you have self-care at hand and the time to process what arises. Take your time, come back to this practice as many times as you like, and heal.
This is my gift to the world. I hope it helps you as much it is helping me, and the thousands of people that I’ve used it with.
